Kukas 1 villas are located closer to the restaurant and reception building, while still offering privacy and beautiful views of the forest and the fells of the Ylläs area. Slightly lower on the slope, there are Kukas 2 -villas – if you want a completely private view, then your choice should be the Kukas 2 (or Äkäs 2 villa).
Kukas 1 villa features one cozy bedroom with a double bed and a loft with two single beds and a fold-out armchair bed. Accommodating up to 5 guests, this villa is perfect for couples and families.

Here, you can relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in nature as if in your own secluded nest — just like the willow grouse, or “riekko” in Finnish.
Kukas 2 villa features one cozy bedroom with a double bed and a loft with two single beds and a fold-out armchair bed. Accommodating up to 5 guests, this villa is perfect for couples and families.
